Real movement. A growing adventure.

Every rep is
a step down
the road.

Reforge turns real workouts into a fantasy adventure. Walk, lift, stretch, run, and watch a character grow that only levels up when you do.

Real movementXP & stat growthA growing adventure

01 / How it works

Accept a quest.
Do the work.
Claim the reward.

Olibrook needs help. Aldric’s fence line is down again, Senna is out of moss for the healing hut, and the Guildmaster has a job posted on the board. Each quest is a real workout in disguise. Pick one, follow the moves, and log how it went.

  1. I

    A quest arrives.

Matched to your movement preferences, your time, and the limitations you’ve shared.

  2. II

    You move.

Movement descriptions and guided timers, or self-paced tracking when you head outdoors.

  3. III

    You grow.

XP, stat gains, loot, and sometimes a title. All of it earned by moving.

02 / Choose your path

Tell Reforge
how you move.

It builds the rest.

Set up a Movement Profile once: what you enjoy, what you’d rather skip, and anything you need to work around. Reforge picks quests that fit and leaves out the ones that don’t.

Then choose how much time you have.

I

Patrol

Up to 10 minutes

Quick errand, real credit.
II

Expedition

10–20 minutes

A proper outing.
III

Journey

20–30 minutes

Farther from the walls.
IV

Campaign

30 minutes & beyond

For days you’ve got it in you.

03 / Every kind of movement counts

Every kind of
movement counts.

625 workouts. 340 quests. One town that needs all of it. Reforge covers a broad range of movement, so you’re never stuck doing the one thing you hate.

Strength

  • Bodyweight
  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebells
  • Resistance bands
  • Full gym
  • Mace

Endurance

  • Walking, running & hiking
  • Cycling
  • Rowing
  • Boxing & shadowboxing
  • Martial arts
  • Sword training
  • Footwork
  • Machine cardio
  • Sport play
A stream flowing between leafy banks.03

Mobility & recovery

  • Yoga
  • Tai chi
  • Stretching & cooldown

You don’t need equipment to begin. Choose bodyweight, walking, or other equipment-free styles. If a workout needs something, it says so up front.

Outdoor walks, runs, hikes, and rides also carry a small chance of a discovery along the way. A wandering merchant, a strange find, or a rare potion that jumps a stat several levels at once.

04 / Progression

Your character
can’t grind.
Only you can.

Complete real quests to earn personal XP and grow the stats tied to your movement. Your character has seven attributes, shaped by workouts, paths, equipment, and discoveries.

Strength · Agility · Vitality · Endurance
Intelligence · Luck · Willpower

Strength work builds Strength. A long hike builds Endurance. Stop for safety, and Willpower recognizes that you showed up and listened to your body.

There’s no XP bar to stare at. Growth stays quiet until the moment you level, and then it’s yours.

A character with a history of your effort.

The Guild

Earn reputation, climb a ten-rank ladder, and take the weekly assignment off Guildmaster Halvard’s board.

Equipment & loot

Fourteen gear slots. Quest drops to discover, materials to gather, and equipment to craft at the Forge.

Titles & paths

Earn titles to keep. At level 10, begin a character path and unlock new jobs as you progress.

Raids

Multi-stage story arcs, from a blocked mountain pass to a long winter. Finish one and it’s remembered.

The Olibrook Chronicle

A world that grows
alongside you.

What begins as a quiet settlement becomes a village full of life. Your progress fills the Chronicle, from its first inked lines to its final, colorful chapter.

The beginning of Olibrook: a pen-and-ink drawing of a small settlement with a well and wooden bridge.
Small beginnings. The rest is yours to discover.

Built for the days it doesn’t go to plan

Showing up counts.
Stopping counts too.

Every quest ends with one honest question: how did it go? Completed, adapted, cut short, stopped for safety, or a rest day you chose on purpose. Your effort gets fair credit, and choosing rest comes with no guilt trip.

Reforge would rather you come back tomorrow than push through today.

Kid Mode showing one clear movement action in a fantasy quest.
A little hero. A whole world to help.

05 / For kids

The same world.
Small heroes.

Kid Mode has its own 115 quests, built around clear actions a kid can follow one tap at a time. No countdowns, no pressure — just a world that needs help and a kid who can carry, jump, crawl, and dash to the rescue.

Swimming, playground time, and running around outside count too. And every so often Elmira the traveling potion merchant shows up with something special.

“Tested on a real kid who kept asking for one more quest.”

From the maker

A small game.
A cozy village.

Reforge is the first app from Ravensbreath Lab, a one-person studio in New Jersey. I built it because I wanted my son and me to get moving together, and every fitness app I tried felt like a spreadsheet with a guilt complex.

This is a small game about a cozy village. The more you move, the more it grows.
